MISSION STATEMENT
OUR MISSION
The primary mission of the Zebra Operator Group is to attract, develop and train tactical teams at the highest level in CQB Tactics.
VISION
The vision of Z.O.G is to create a training environment that suits the needs of any Tier Level
SWAT team throughout the United States with reality based training exercises incorporated with
proper tactics, and sound decision making.

4 Day Course: Advanced SWAT Tactics
This course is offered to teams that have completed an “Intermediate” level SWAT School and
at least operating at a Tier 1 or 2 level. The following is a list of topics that will be covered
throughout this 4 day course:

● Vehicle Assaults
● Active Assailant
LEVI HANCOCK
Levi Hancock
Levi is currently employed with an industry leading police agency for the past 24 years. He has held a variety of assignments during his career as a Police Officer and Detective. As a Detective Levi has worked on both an FBI and ATF Task Force where he worked Criminal Intelligence and investigated Organized Crime. Levi is currently assigned to the SWAT Section where he has worked for the past 12 years. Levi is currently one of the Assistant Team Leaders for his Team and has planned hundreds of High-Risk Operations. His vast experience includes an expansive knowledge of Search Warrant Execution and Planning, Barricaded subject incidents, Active Assailant operations and Hostage Rescue missions. He also holds the position of Master Explosive Breacher and has extensive operational experience pertaining to advanced breaching techniques. Levi has taught Law Enforcement Officers all over the country as it pertains to Tactical Operations.
JAMES "BERT" BERTUCCINI
James "BERT" Bertuccini
James has been employed with a Major Metropolitan Police Department for the last 20
years. James is currently assigned to the SWAT Section and has held the position of Assistant Team Leader (ATL) Entryman, and Explosive Breacher for the past 14 years. During his tenure,
James has planned and executed operations consisting of Hostage Rescues, Barricaded
Subjects, High Risk Warrant Service, Active Assailant and Dignitary Protection. James is also
an active SWAT Training Officer/Mentor for new operators who come to the unit, and has
traveled throughout the U.S. to train and consult other swat teams on CQB tactics, and training
programs.
